Two things are worth calling out about that list. First, most of it used to live in separate tools ten years ago. The whole point of the HCM category is that it stopped making sense to keep them in separate databases. What a human capital management system actually does

The job of a human capital management system is not to add features. How to choose an HCM system

Enterprise HCM selections are usually multi-year commitments, so the decision is less about feature matrices than about fit. A shortlist worth actually asking the vendor about:
