What is a contact reveal?

Email and phone reveals are charged separately: 2 credits per email and 8 credits per phone. Revealing both costs 10 credits. Starter’s 2,000 credits could cover 1,000 email reveals or 200 email-and-phone reveals if used only for that action. Sourcing and outreach use additional credits.

How are sourcing and outreach credits calculated?

External sourcing costs 3 credits per candidate, while sourcing from your ATS costs 2 credits per candidate. Outreach costs 1 credit per candidate. Contact reveals are separate, so externally sourcing a candidate, revealing their email, and reaching out costs 6 credits in total.
